Please carefully read our after-sales rules before placing orders.
1. Natural crystal products own inherent natural traits including subtle color deviation, tiny mineral veins and internal inclusions. These natural characteristics are not product quality problems and cannot support free return or refund. Custom personalized carved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable permanently.
2. Damaged Goods Claim Rule
If your purchased crystal arrives broken due to violent transportation, you must send complete photos of outer package and damaged products to our official email within 48 hours after receiving parcels. We will verify your application and provide two solutions for your choice: complimentary re-delivery or store credit equal to your order amount. Customers cannot apply for direct cash refund for intact crystal goods simply due to personal preference.
3. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be requested for full cancellation within 12 hours after payment. Once packaging and shipment procedures start, order cancellation requests will not be approved.
4. Return Shipping Instruction
If we confirm qualified return requirements, buyers need to undertake all return freight and choose traceable logistics to send goods back. Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect returned intact merchandise. Original delivery shipping cost will not be returned.
