Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
We need 1–3 business days to inspect your selected crystal item, take confirmation photos and complete secure packaging after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends and official holidays will be processed sequentially on the next working day.

2. International Delivery & Tracking
We adopt stable cross-border logistics for worldwide delivery. Once goods depart our warehouse, we will update the complete tracking number to your order details automatically. Standard international shipping generally takes 15–35 working days to arrive, delivery duration will be affected by local customs inspection efficiency.

3. Packaging Standard
All fragile crystal crafts are wrapped with bubble cushion and packed inside rigid carton boxes to reduce breakage risks during long-distance transportation.

4. Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are displayed separately on each checkout page according to customer’s destination country. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded voluntarily after goods are dispatched.
